- Payments and Refunds
Payments for coaching packages can be made via direct debit on a monthly or fortnightly basis, or upfront for ad hoc sessions. Payment must be received before sessions commence. Refunds are not available for missed sessions; however, rescheduling may be possible with relevant notice.
Payments for membership options can be made via direct debit or upfront. Membership fees are non-refundable. Access to online education, webinars, workshops, and group coaching sessions will be granted upon receipt of payment.
- Cancellation Policy
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled within the required notice period. We offer make-up sessions in place of cancellations. To reschedule a session, please contact us directly.
You can cancel your coaching package by providing appropriate notice in writing. Fees already paid are non-refundable, but you will continue to have access to any remaining scheduled sessions or make-up sessions until the end of the current payment period.
Memberships are on a 12-month lock-in subscription. Membership can be cancelled at any time; however, fees associated with the 12-month subscription period will apply. Access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the 12-month subscription period.
- Indemnification
You hereby indemnify Rachel Carey AU and undertake to keep Rachel Carey AU indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by Rachel Carey AU to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of Rachel Carey AU’s legal advisers) incurred or suffered by Rachel Carey AU arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Rachel Carey AU reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. By using this website, you are expected to review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing the use of this website.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
