Rachel is a veteran in the NDIS sector with an impressive career spanning almost 2 decades. Her journey began as a support worker, progressing through diverse roles to executive leadership. It was during a break for maternity leave that she seized the opportunity to register her own NDIS venture.
Her commitment to the NDIS sector is deeply personal, born from first-hand experiences within her own family. This fuels her drive to act as an authentic leader, continuously engaging in self-development, and delivering a service of which her family can be proud. Rachel values her dedicated team and is passionate about supporting other businesses in the sector, fostering an environment of mutual growth and success.
Established in 2020 by Rachel Carey, Allara Support Services is a registered NDIS provider that specialises in Support Independent Living, in-home support and community access.
Having worked in disability services since 2008, Rachel finally took the opportunity to build an organisation that incorporated everything she’d learned over the years. Focussing on the individual as a person with hopes, dreams and challenges to overcome, as opposed to being just another number, and a problem to solve.
